‘do it for the plot’ is a hypothetical campaign for the dating platform, Thursday.
Thursday is a dating platform that encourages IRL connection and truly stands out in the online dating industry.
The film focuses around a young woman (played by myself) debating whether to attend a date found through the dating app. Over text, her friends encourage her to go for it, to ‘do it for the plot’. The overall message being delivered through this campaign is to encourage young single women to maintain enthusiasm for their dating lives, through the captivating narrative of “Do it for the plot!”, hoping to spark conversations and foster a sense of empowerment for women navigating the world of dating.
